Jakub Jankowski

Jakub is an expert in property management and real estate investments with over ten properties - offices and residential houses, under his supervision. Michał Bańka

Creator and leader in the Polish start-up capital investment market. One of the most renowned experts in Poland in the field of cooperation between start-ups, seed capital funds, enterprises, and public institutions. A doctor of economic science in the field of business management at the Warsaw University of Technology with years of experience in financial instrument management and supervising programmes for start-ups and entrepreneurs. Author of the programmes: Starter, BizNest, Innovation Loan Fund (FPI). Author and Manager of the ScaleUp programme - Poland's first project providing support for startups in collaboration with large enterprises (including companies owned by the State Treasury). He also managed a loan fund (200M) for startups with participating capital investors.
Kasia Panek

Manager with nearly 20 years of experience specializing in marketing, communications, and business consulting. She gained experience working as a contractor for companies in the following sectors and industries: banking, FMCG, automotive, healthcare, Greentech, and manufacturing. She has a legal and psychological background supporting the business and communications projects she leads. Winner of Forbes Brand Me CEO. She created marketing and P.R. for PANEK S.A.. She participated in the business development of the PANEK CarSharing, PANEK Rent a Car brands. She was associated with the accelerator and fundraising community.
Iza Domańska
[ Expert in Incubation and Mentoring ]
Master of Science - Global Production Management and Engineering at WUT and Master in Finance at UW (in progress). Since joining Accelpoint in February 2023, she has supported both commercial and acceleration programs, including those co-financed by the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP). Her work includes settling the Poland Prize program, evaluating startups in AccelBoost, and developing AccelStart through mentorship and partnerships. She also contributed to the GreenTech Report Poland and European Fintech Hackcelerator, helping send two startups to the Singapore Fintech Festival. Outside Accelpoint, she co-creates the project Pitch Me Baby and attends startup conferences.
Mikołaj Szmak
[ Expert in Incubation and Mentoring ]
He supports early-stage startups in a dedicated incubation program. His role involves mentoring founders, refining business models, and preparing teams for market entry and investment readiness. He is also engaged in scouting innovations and building bridges between startups and corporate partners.
Previously, He worked in the Innovation & AI Team at the largest financial institution in CEE, focusing on analyzing technological trends, scouting startups, and testing innovations in the insurtech and fintech sectors. Earlier, he supported startup development and corporate partnerships in a Polish Venture Builder, contributing to business model validation and early product strategy.
He also has experience in the banking sector, having worked at one of Poland’s largest commercial banks in customer journey design, UX research, and digital product development. His contributions extended to process optimization, system validation, and data analytics.
He holds a Master’s degree in Digital Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Econometrics, with a specialization in Economic Analytics.
Beyond his professional work, he is passionate about mentoring and leading social initiatives, having supported young changemakers as a Team Mentor and Community Leader in NGO programs.
Weronika Suplewska
[ Acceleration Specialist ]
She has been a part of the Accelpoint team since September 2024. Her work includes settling programs, AccelBoost startup evaluating, and ongoing support for the entire Accelpoint team. She has a technical background and she was a member of Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Student Union at the Warsaw University of Technology, where she co-organized events for students.
Maciej Pawlina
[ Expert in Incubation and Mentoring ]
Since beginning his professional career, he has operated at the intersection of technology, financing, and business development. He is a graduate of the Polish-Japanese Academy of Information Technology in Warsaw.
He gained experience, among other things, at the Mazovian ICT Cluster, a National Key Cluster, where he was responsible for implementing the internationalization strategy for companies in the space sector and for effectively acquiring and managing EU funds. One outcome of these efforts was the initiation of the Space Bridge fund.
At Space Bridge, he is responsible for investment strategy, project selection, investment decisions, overseeing the company portfolio, and organizing subsequent financing rounds. He also leads exit processes and cooperates with investors.
He serves as an expert in incubation and mentoring in the AccelStart program run by Accelpoint. He supports project teams in building MVPs, refining business models, and assessing market readiness.
He is a member of committees and expert panels evaluating early-stage projects, emphasizing their implementation potential, team quality, and market validity.
