build an ai-enabled data onboarding pipeline that ingests heterogeneous client datasets, infers field semantics, and maps the source schemas to a standardized data format that is ready for ingestion into the digital twin pipeline; the pipeline should enforce a formal data contract, run configurable validation and normalization, and generate a structured data quality report on each run (missingness, duplicates, referential integrity issues, type/format violations, outliers) with severity classification (blockers vs warnings) and actionable remediation guidance to support correction-and-rerun workflows.
develop an ai-driven onboarding agent that closes configuration gaps by iteratively eliciting required parameters through targeted questions, validating responses against the data contract and quality findings, resolving ambiguities via constrained choice and default proposals, and producing a versioned, per-client onboarding configuration artifact (schema mapping, transformation rules, defaults/exceptions) that enables reproducible re-imports and auditable replays of the onboarding process.
