AccelStart is a program designed for individuals who have an idea for an IT or technology solution but have not yet established a company.
Through AccelStart, a dedicated expert will help you thoroughly analyze your idea, define milestones and KPIs, and guide your idea to the MVP stage.
Upon completing your participation in the AccelStart Project, you will be ready to launch your business!

Startup Wrocław
The Wrocław Agglomeration Development Agency was established in 2005, owned by the Municipality of Wrocław and 32 local governments from the agglomeration area.
Our activities focus on various aspects of the functioning of Wrocław and the surrounding municipalities, contributing to strengthening cooperation and building a strong economic position and image of the Wrocław agglomeration.
RARR
The goal of RARR S.A. is to conduct activities aimed at the comprehensive development of the Podkarpacie region by concentrating and mobilizing the potential of local communities, providing advisory and service activities in restructuring processes, initiating and supporting business ventures, promoting the area, and acquiring foreign aid funds.
However, the area of operation for RARR S.A. is not limited to the Podkarpacie province, as many of the projects implemented by the Agency have a supra-regional and even international reach.
RARR S.A. has substantial human resources, employing over 180 people, including lawyers, economists, sociologists, financiers, engineers, and design specialists. All possess the necessary experience and knowledge required to provide the offered services. When necessary, RARR utilizes a network of specialists to collaborate with the agency on specific issues.
PARP
The goal of the Agency is to implement economic development programs that support innovative and research activities of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), regional development, export growth, human resource development, and the use of new technologies in business activities.
PARP is involved in executing national and international initiatives, funded by structural funds, the state budget, and multi-annual programs of the European Commission. PARP actively participates in the creation and effective implementation of state policies on entrepreneurship, innovation, and workforce adaptability, aiming to become a key institution responsible for creating a supportive environment for entrepreneurs. In line with the “Think Small First” principle, all of the Agency’s actions are carried out with special attention to the needs of the SME sector.
